UPS has been experiencing extreme shipping delays. Please plan your purchases accordingly.
International Orders
At this time, we are not offering international order. We are very sorry and hope to be able to ship internationally in the near future.
Exchanges
Argaman&Defiance offers exchanges of the item(s) of equal or greater value up to 30 days after purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping the new item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Q: Why do I have to pay to exchange?
A: We are a small business and unfortunately do not have the margins to offer free exchanges. This covers the cost to ship the new exchanged piece to you. We are not making a profit from the exchange charge, it only covers the cost of shipping.
Q: Do I have to ship the exchange back to you on my own?

Q: Do I need to provide tracking on the exchanged piece I am shipping back?
A: Yes, please and thank you. Please email the tracking info to lydia@argamandefiance.com
Q: Why can't you ship the exchange piece out right away? Why do you need to wait until the piece I am exchanging arrives back at your studio?
A: Unfortunately, we have been taken advantage of in the past by scammers who return empty boxes. It does not happen often, but it does happen enough that it affects our business.
